Greator coach is a program that helps one to become a life coach yourself and come into your greatest strength, what’s more, to guide other people on the path to self-reflexion.
To become a certified Greator Coach, one will go through a 9-month training, following the method of the “Horizontal Eight”. On the left side, this model is looking at the past events of your life, on the right side, it is looking into your future. Both sides are connected and influence each other.

Stage l: Greator Coach Practitioner
This is the foundation and first stage, which takes 3 months. After the first 3 months, one is already a Greator Coaching Practitioner.

Stage ll: Certified Greator Coach
In the months 4-9, one will learn more about how to become a coach themselves. The learning approach is to handle the tools one has experienced at the first stage. On top of that, one will be trained to support and coach other Greator Coach participants and improve their techniques and skills.

This is a service on Greaotr Coach platform. The participator picks their buddy to practice their coach skillset. In one session, there’re 3 sides involved
- The Participator as the coach
- The buddy as the evaluator, to provide feedback of this session afterward
- A volunteer to let the coach guide them during the session
One needs to complete 10-time practice as the coach, as well as 10-time practice as the evaluator, which is a must before they are able to have access to the “Praktisch Abschlussprüfung”

Here is my task: Praktisch Abschlussprüfung.
When one finishes Übungscoachs and passes the theory test, they able to attend the Praktisch Abschlussprüfung, this is the last step before one could get the certification to become a Greator coach. 
With the 1st cohort of participants finishes the program end of 2020, the team needs to bring this feature alive in gradual time urgency. So the whole user flow,  from Course to theory test, Übungscoachs, and in the end, Abschlussprüfung will become a close loop.

Together with POs, after we have sort out the whole user flow from the front to the backend, a quick interactive prototype is created by UX designer for the user test hosted and conducted by user researcher, to consolidate our hypothesis and business goals in accordance with the test results and insights.
